WHY USE AN AIR FRYER

The air fryer makes it super easy to cook up a healthier version of your fried food favourites. So here is how it works. By circulating heat all around the food, air fryers allow you to ‘fry’ foods using the smallest amount of oil. We’re talking anything from a tablespoon to just a light spray.
And since your food isn’t submerged in the stuff, much less oil gets absorbed during the cooking process, which means your meal contains far less fat and calories overall. #allgoodright.

HOW ELSE CAN I COOK GREEN BEANS?

Green beans can be boiled, blanched, steamed, oven roasted or stir-fried. However you cook them, the key thing is to cook the beans for the shortest time possible to preserve their flavour (your family and friends will thank you for not serving them soggy overcooked beans).
